Chinese and Japanese dictionaries within the DioDict app service for Andriod will be terminated from 12:00 on Friday, May 2, 2025.

You cannot use Chinese and Japanese dictionaries after closing.

In this regard, we will guide you through the refund process as follows for those who have recently purchased.

■ Refund Policy

- Eligibility: Purchasers of Chinese and Japanese within the DioDict for Android from April 01, 2025 to the date of this announcement

- Submission period: From the date of this notice to May 31, 2025 (Sat) 24:00 (24 days)

- How to apply: Fill out the “Refund Request Information” below and send an email (support@selvasai.com)

- Refund payment date: within 30 days after the completion of the application (May 31, 2025)

*Only accounts in the name of the applicant are accepted

- A copy of the passbook (a copy of the passbook with the account holder/bank name/account number specified, and a mobile banking passbook capture is also acceptable)

- Android Market account:

- Attach the original Android App Store purchase receipt (including time of purchase)

*Galaxy and other Android mobile devices > Play Store > Tap the profile icon at the top right > Manage apps and device > Manage tab

■ Others

- If the users do not request for the refund by the closing date (May 31, 2025), no refund will be given.

- Refunds will not be given if the applicant's name and bank account do not match.

- If other refund request information is incorrect, refund processing may be impossible or delayed.
