The app rarely works. The validation shows an error and requesting password reset also does no work, the email does not arrive. I have to always use the browser. The browser also gives a lot of problems, my colleagues have the same issues so is not only my account. Lufthansa should really work on basic interface. Their customers cannot log in to the app or account. And also there is not a customer support that would help. The phone is out of the question, takes hours to get anyone in the phone.
Novidades
This update introduces the new Credit Card Banking for all holders of a Lufthansa Miles & More Credit Card issued by Deutsche Bank AG. Have fun with the app and we appreciate your feedback!
