Recently discovered and downloaded the Bower app, thought it was a great idea overall until the time when I wanted to redeem and wanted my bank account. I really don't feel comfortable disclosing my bank account information if I had one. I hope you think about putting PayPal or gift cards as options for payment, otherwise I would have to uninstall it unfortunately., and that would be disappointing, because I like the app.

Hi Didi. Thanks for your feedback! We use Trustly for safer payments, authorized by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. No registration is needed, and we don't store bank account info. More details: https://help.getbower.com/en/articles/5075281-withdraw-cash. Plus, we're working on adding more coupons as well. đ

started out really well but has gone downhill lately. even though it says I have recycled so many items and shows the points these are no longer being added to my account. I've been stuck with 45 points for about 4 months now, too low to claim or donate. contacted support but told me there wasn't a problem. now all I earn are tickets for a seemingly never ending raffle.

Thanks for sharing your feedback đ Weâre sorry for the frustration around your points. Since June 2, missions reward tickets instead of Coins, following feedback from our community who wished for bigger raffle prizes. Coins are still available through brand offers!

for a while now I've been using bower and shared the app with my children who love the responsibility of recycling along with there being a little monetary incentive with it too. however, the balance doesn't update. I scan and still doesn't update. think I'll be leaving soon if this doesn't get sorted as there's zero point in having this app if what I scan doesn't add up or go to my account in order for it to be able to transfered to my account. sort it out you used to be great bower

Thanks for reaching out đ Since June 2, missions give 20 tickets instead of Coins, based on user feedback wanting bigger lottery prizes. Coins still appear via brand offers. You can track your XP and tickets in the app. If your scans arenât giving any XP or tickets, let us know at hello@getbower.com and we will help you troubleshoot.
