this app is easy to use and I use it a lot. it's fun to discover new stuff or things on sale. Theres more better deals online and more often than at the actual stores (usually). And you can link it with your Twitter or Instagram to get more uorewards. Deliveries are pretty speedy, and if theres something wrong with what you ordered, you simply return it via mail and you can either get a new item or refunded. One thing that can be an issue is the wishlists can be a little glitchy

scrolling feels awkward and clunky. most of the fitted women's tops are cropped and you can't really filter the crop tops out. for the prices it's disappointing how many of the items are polyester both for the environment and quality. Popular items and item colors will be discontinued for seemingly no reason. The app itself is ok but these things could be improved.

You can't browse the app anymore, any time you view an item and return to the previous page, it just refreshes to the top of the page. Sometimes I can't add any items to my cart, even if they're in stock, because the button is missing! Half the time when I try to save items to my wish list, it doesn't update at all. Might as well just use the website since the app is so poorly programmed. You'd think a large company like UO would be competent enough to make a decent shopping app but I guess not.
