Really sorry about that—we totally hear you. There was a bug that slipped through, but it's been fixed in the latest version now. If you update to the newest release, everything should be back to normal. Appreciate your patience.

the app says it's no longer supported, that i need to update. updated and still get the same message saying it's not supported.
