Terrible app. Very difficult to use (on newest Samsung). Could not access boarding pass after numerous attempts. The screen would show step 4 for boarding pass for a split second then go "exit check in". Every time you try to go back, it kicks you out and you have to start all over. Also doesn't remember your infomation so you have to input it every time. Tried at least 50 times in a 24hour period. So much for avoiding the line up at the airport.

Excellent service from start to finish! The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. The flight was comfortable and on time. A great travel experience—I highly recommend Air Transat!”

this app really does not work. it doesnt display boarding passes after checkin. just keeps asking for a check in over and over and over.
