I placed a pharmacy order through Snoou over 1-1/2 hr ago, while the application states delivery in 19mins and it has still not been delivered. I contacted customer support, and instead of resolving the issue, I was told to ignore the app status and that my order had been sent to another pharmacy location. I asked for a contact number or further assistance but received no help. I also attempted to use the in-app support, which kept me waiting for over an hour. This is unacceptable

I have tried Talabat and was happy using that app, however, the Talabat App went down and I had to use Snoonu honestly, the app requires too much improvement, drivers also need to be faster items are not clear in the app, and it is difficult to search for the restaurants, stores or even the products I have placed an order one and half hour ago and still waiting, I tried to reach out to the customer service, I found that I was in a queue for 78 people before me.

Worst app experience! I placed a food order at 11:30 am, and the app showed that delivery would be done by 12:05 pm. But the delivery was delayed badly, and still no proper update. I tried calling and using the chat support, but there was no response at all. Very disappointing service.
