I downloaded this app to be able to browse games and to be able to do family manager stuff instead of having to log in on a computer. This app is good for browsing games but that's it. It constantly says 'the connection to the server has timed out' every time I click on Family Manager or literally anything else under "Playstation Network". This has been an ongoing issue for at least a year for others. It is 2025. we shouldn't be having constant issues like this anymore from a big name like Sony.

Terrible app, not functional at all. I mostly try to use it for transferring captures but that's a total nightmare. First of all it's limited to 3 minutes so any longer video than that and it won't even show up in the app. And even for shorter ones it always gives an error and tells you to try again. And again. And again. Where are ZERO stars when you need them? 👎👎👎

Overall good. My biggest complaints is that you.... 1. Can't buy avatars through the app, it has to be on the console store. 2. Taking away the sort price high to low and vice versa is the worst decision ever. It works well when also seperating with a price range. Sadly this can only be done on console now. It makes budget shopping a big hassel now. 👎👎 3. As a big fan of Dungeon Crawlers, I can not search by game sub genre dungeon crawlers YET dungeon crawlers have the tag dungeon crawler
