You try to register, when you get to the part where they are supposed to send you a verification code... NOTHING ELSE HAPPENS! They REFUSE to send it. Tried MUPTIPLE numbers even, nothing, absolutely NOTHING. Just a massive unprofessional waste of time. Updated: Took a full day to get the text message only for the clowns to close the account before I even got a chance to use it! Absolute trash company, good riddance!

Absolutely disgraceful. I bought $1k in Bitcoin, waited for them to debit my account. Nothing happened. My account was debited and still the Bitcoin was not credited. I called them, and the service was nice. 10 minutes later they closed my account without warning. And the money they took is now locked in their bank until sometime in October. I am appalled as to the level of fraud this company is committing!

BUYER BEWARE!!! ..Gave personal info bank account info. Bought BTC. Two days later they closed my account for no reason anc kept my money They blocked my email address. Their phone number is fake when I email them from other email addresses I get an automated reply saying they don't respond to emails without an account. Their good reviews are all from people with only their one review. No prior reviews .. Google does nothing but give u a ticket number . You WONT get a refund
