After being forced to reinstall the game, I lost at least the last 2 months of progress. Levels, clothes, gems, and coins are gone as well as daily reward progress and other long-term goals. There is no easy way to contact customer support to fix this. I've been playing this game daily for years and have not experienced this kind of error before.

For the second month in a row, the app would not install the update, and when I reinstalled the app, it set my account back more than 100 levels. I rebuilt all my levels this month, and now I just lost all of that progress for a third time. This was my favorite game app, but now I can't even play it anymore. The app is clearly not storing my data on the server.

Unique and adorable matching game! Really love how this one stands out compared to others. My only suggestion for the game is I wish the background of the playing board changed to match the area of the map you are on to make the levels feel alittle more different. Love the fashion weeks! Super fun community event. Please keep adding content and keep this game going netflix, maybe make it so a subscription isn't required to bump up those player numbers...you have a really good game here.
