It's better than it used to be but still incredibly hard to use. Looking for covered providers using the app is a nightmare. You can't go back to previous pages, so if you go in to look at a particular person, you have to start all over again. Plus, some providers listed just don't exist anymore. I tried to call a clinic for a therapist only to find the clinic closed years ago. Additionally, the app will tell you if a practitioner is accepting new patients, except it's not always accurate.

App is nearly useless. It sometimes doesn't load all of my data/benefits. It's very slow to load. It doesn't show any pharmacies near me, and the drug search tool doesn't work right, nor pick up the particular medication I'm looking for, despite it being on MVP's formulary (PDF).

Easy way to keep track of claims, etc. Nice to have forms and references electronically.
