This app could certainly do better. I placed an order for a sandwich through the app, and it had no mention that it comes with lettuce and mayo. Which I did not find out until after I got home. The app needs to mention all the ingredients that are in the sandwich and then give the option to exclude them. The app needs to be more detailed in descriptions of items and options.

It's been awhile since I've ordered from the app. Looks like they've got a whole new app and menu now. Unfortunately this new app loads incredibly slow and the food portions are skimpy. The login process doesn't work. I'm unable to login to my user account even after setting up a new one just now. Tiny portions with large prices. The sandwiches are mostly bread with little filling. The breakfast items are plain. If you're looking for a light meal for around $15-20 this is your place.

This would be negative five stars if I could. Every single thing about the customer experience is worse, and it's harder for employees to deal with too. You can't pay with the app, but you have to "link" a card to get any points unless you upload pictures of the receipt. And not Discover even though it's accepted there. You can only use one reward at a time when before it used to count all you marked active. Instead of a scanner to read the info, an employee has to type in a code manually. 🤬
