Great to keep your certs up to date, but terrible customer service. When your one year subscription is up for renewal, you will LOSE ALL QUESTIONS, even if it's on auto renew. So let's say you have a cert expiring soon but you have 14 questions to answer and forget to answer them in time before your renewal. You LOSE THEM ALL. "But I paid for them" doesn't matter, customer service tells you to essentially kick rocks

Just renewed all 8 certs in Dec with no problem at a testing center. I don't know what test bank they're using, but some of these questions are literally disgraceful. It's like this app uses all the rejected questions that get thrown out by competent techs. Would definitely rather waste half a day every 5 years going to a testing center than to have to rely on sheer luck that you accidentally select the right answer with half the information needed.

The myASE app does not work. Downloaded through the Google store and it would not let me log in. I kept getting the "your email is not registered". Now that I uninstalled & reinstalled the app all I get the blue circle of death & I can not even get to the log in screen, it just sits and spins. I have uninstalled and reinstalled two more times with the same result. I am only able to log into myASE Renewal through the web address when at a computer. The app does not work, do not waist your money.
