The workouts and nutrition tracking are 10/10. The reason for the 4 stars is just that the app is not nearly as great as the program. If you accidentally log something on the wrong date, there's no way to delete an entry (and not intuitive to log a workout on a past day). You can't manually log cardio as a specific type - like, swimming for example. Within the workouts, having alternate moves throughout, and better weight/rep tracking with opting for an alternate move would be helpful.

This app is very user friendly! I love the notifications reminding me to get my workout in, and also to keep up with my water intake. This app comes with so many features such as a meal plan, custom calorie/macro counts, stretching/foam rolling videos, educational videos, plus access to a physical therapist for help working out with injuries and information for strengthening your body through pregnancy/motherhood, and beyond. There's really not enough good things I could say about this app!

I got this app specifically to help me work out while pregnant and post partum. The pregnancy workouts are sorted by week, so I was able to do exercises specifically based on what my body needed and could do each week. Now that I'm postpartum, I've only done a few workouts since getting cleared by my doctor, but I'm loving how quick and easy to follow they are. I love the animations and beeps to signal when your time is up. They're very user friendly!
