Overall the app is good, but since the redesign it crashes 3-4 times every time I try logging in. Sometimes it works like a charm, but most times I have to log in 3-4 times until I actually get in. Update: both app and phone are up to date and get all updates automatically as soon as they are released.

We thank you for the review of the Postbank App. In order for the apps to function well, regular updates of the apps and the smartphone are necessary.

it is crazy. app will be updated with several days of delay. it is highly possible to make mistakes as you don't remember when you have spent that money, which is reduced from your account today!!!! we are in 2024, when we are going to have a normal banking app? update: not only the app, but also the bank sucks!

overall a good app. However, there are some UI bugs: - switching off biometric login not working. It pops up a dialog asking for confirmation. Clicking 'OK' closes it, but biometric login is still activated. - password text field is disappearing and biometrics button appears although biometric login is disabled

Thank you for your feedback. You can enable biometrics in the BestSign settings. If you are already logged in, you will find the deactivation on the page where you also log out and "Login and Security".
