If I cancel an appointment and try to reschedule it, I don't get that initial credit back. It's lost forever. Also, a subscription will only renew at the same time you initially ordered it. So my initial order was later in the evening, but now I've been unable to make new appointments on the 1st of a new month because I don't get new credits until later that night. There's no way to either adjust this, or cancel the subscription and reorder it.

I have a very positive experience with my clients with this app, I would only love if the developers could add a widget to the app on the home screen when there is a message. Because many times my clients miss the notification and they miss our comunication.The wix owner app has and its great but the fit by wix doesn't. Please add this up, it would be great, so my clients can see that there is a message when they miss the flash notification on their phone.

I haven’t been able to log in for a long time. I get a message saying that the account already exists, but I don’t receive any email when I click “forgotten password, send an email.” I’ve been trying for several months, still no email.
