not proper customer service and customer care .. I called several time to enquire something, the persons who where attending the call asking me to call again later. which doesn't make sense 🫴. so why there's a customer service!!!

Sometimes there are many problems in making transactions, Most of the time I have problems with transactions and when I contact the helpline, they don't respond.

Frustrating experience just to log in on a new device I have an account with Sidi, and when I try to log in on a new device, the app tells me to contact customer care. When I call, they ask me to visit the branch. I went, and there was a huge queue—just to do something as simple as logging in from a new phone. What’s the point of having OTPs, email verification, and mobile ID authentication if I still have to go to the branch in person? This is a very outdated and inconvenient system.
