First of all the programmes are not live, so you end up with watching your favourite programs one day later. The app comes with lot of advertisements, you call the customer service, they will disable it for no reason. You can't use it in other devices at a same time, you call the customer service, they will enable it for four devices. These all the tricks they play to frustrate you. The only thing available is that you can watch movies. Again it takes years to stream a movie. Simply don't buy it

Be aware when you buy a subscription. They show ads very frequently and always at begining, which is extremely annoying. There is often lags and after lags, there is ads again, although I am paying 20 euro for subscription and I should not get any ads. Also, you can't cancel subscription and remove credit card from app and only way is to contact customer care (which costs minimum 50 cent per minute), otherwise they will continue charging your credit card. Very dissatisfied and not recommended.

it's a haste when you want to unsubscribe. I tried their life support and after endless wait was told to either whatsapp or email. Decided to email and since I knew their questions beforehand, I entered all details but it was a draggy process again before being told that someone will contact through whatsapp and guess what, no one contacted. Later, I was given a whatsapp link and again the process was very draggy. The app is very difficult to be used. it's not user friendly at all.
