My job made me download this app for emergency notifications. I never receive any push notifications that there is a message so it is basically useless for the emergency alert purpose. I can retrieve a message if someone tells me it exists or if I randomly check the app for messages

My job made me down load this app. It is hard to use (not even sure I would get a notification. The computer version was impossible to download. Just useless. Takes up room on my phone without any obvious benefit.

Snapcoms stopped working so I uninstalled it and installed it again and won't let me in, say the token they sent me isn't valid. Tried multiple times
