Very helpful app. Fairly accurate. But it does glitch. It's annoying when you are scrolling down & it resets, which starts you all the way over at the top of the list. It's nice that you can set alerts for showtimes. I have our passes linked, so I have the hard passes & digital passes. It shows up if you have 'Entitlements' available. You can even order food in the app, but we didn't use that.

I absolutely cannot link my passes on the app. I've had this problem every year that I've had season passes. In previous years, there were ways to get it to work eventually (delete the app, reinstall, etc), but this year, no matter what I do, it will not link!! Have tried it on my phone & my husband's, to no avail. If this was fixed, it'd be a decent app. So much great information. Wish the map was a little better. I've also had issues in the past getting passes to come up while at the park.

The app is continuously crashing. We are season pass holders for multiple seasons in a row now, and this is the first time we've had this many issues. Issues include not being able to link the season passes. We have tried logging in under the same account on two different devices, creating separate accounts for two different devices, etc. One of the other big complaints is you have to scroll through all the entitlements to get to the season passes. Please change, and create a better app.
