Horrible app experience. To get the 20% off you have to order 48 hours in advance. Why bother offering the promotion at all. Outside of that, I tried 4 times to add one bottle of liquor to my cart and it said it added the item, but nothing went to my cart. Does anyone use this app? Have the app developers attempted to use the app successfully? It seems ridiculous to have an app that no one can shop on.

creating an account with this service was necessary to order food at an airport restaurant, and I was then pestered to download the app for it. I did not want to do that and had to jump around the website and my QR code scanner to get to the actual menu. The mobile site I finally found worked perfectly fine and there was no real reason to use an app instead of that, but in order to delete my account with this service that I would never use in the future I had no choice but to download this app

Absolute rubbish. it does not work , nor does the website, so the extra savings do not materialise. In past you were given extra %vouchers even at the airport in the fragrance shops when buying perfume over a certain price now they say its online but never accessible. so we lose out. it's appalling.
