It kept telling me my CC was expired when taking 2 pics, until I manually entered the info. I don't why they insist on sending a "magic email" I stead of just letting you login to the app. Even the website is weird and won't let you proceed without the "magic email" and then loses your order. Not impressed with the app or online ordering, but the food should make up for the disaster of trying to order tonight.

The food here is decent but their loyalty program and app is garbage. The default setup for this "loyalty app" is to enter your credit card and payment information so they can access and track ALL of your activity. I elected to "manually enter my receipts". Naturally, when I tried to use the app after that it crashed permanently. Apparently they don't have any interest in allowing you to use the loyalty program unless you're willing to openly share all your credit card transactions.

Worst app I've ever used. Only downloaded it for the free meal, which I couldn't even get. Made 4 different accounts, put in 6 different credit cards, and none of it ever worked. Apparently, I've used all of my cards already on an app I've never downloaded, also never ate here before, and when I finally got a card that worked and picked my meal, my reward had already been redeemed, on two separate brand new accounts. There is no free meal lol
