I am not able to sell my tickets. it crashes every time I click sell.

10/25/21: SAME ISSUE. 9/16/21 update: The app doesn't work smoothly when trying to sell tickets, etc. It sits on one screen and doesn't go all the way thru to completion. One thing after another on this app. Have more issues accessing my tickets than not. Been this way for months, sporadically. Ugh.

As a life-long fan (life being the Jaguars existence) follow all the news, games, go when I can, support them NO MATTER WHAT, but yet the powers that be have still yet after all these years have the ability to make an app that works and that also is enjoyable. There is not ONE VIDEO on this app that will play longer then 6 seconds. There has always been an issue with video playback, since development. A lot going on this year, just can't watch cause videos don't play, Urban would say, "OWN IT"
