app is awful. slower than slow, all my saved favorites are gone, it's showing an offer that has expired. if the app isn't working correctly, it's hard to use it to get "app exclusive " deals. better off using the website though I would rather use the app. please fix it because I love your products.

The app does not fully work, you are able to shop, but as far as your rewards account it does not work as it should. you are unable to access your reward points and redeem them.

The app will not load. I absolutely love the products, and will continue to buy them, but for almost a month now, the app will not load, like it's stuck or something. Love the products, dislike the app.
