- App refuses to boot correctly, and I always have to restart it AT LEAST once in order to make it work - UX is frustrating as you can only withdraw money or set expedition service via the desktop web app. - Support tickets take ages to be resolved. - Sky high fees plus questionable hidden charges. You're also charged 6% for free shipping program, yet most user won't even get the benefit since it is exclusive to Plus users. This is downright scam, since it is applied to every order, Plus or not.

the User Interface is too simple. the rules are not clear, for example, how long till the transaction is auto completed. It proceeds much slower than the usual apps. not to mention some buyers are still dont understand how to use the apps. And 9.9 8.8 7.7 discount is useless.. shop forced to join the discount has already change their original prices.. sometimes a 80% discount is still more expensive compared to other similar marketplace.

I cant merge into my shop account in tokopedia with this app. It said I am not eligible to use this app. This is a major downgrade from tokopedia seller app. Not happy with this, and I cant add products to my shop without this app. I think a lot of sellers will close their shops in tokopedia as you charge more for selling fee and useless app.
