Had some issues at first. you earn a few $ and then they play games with you, say you reached a quota and lock you our. they log you out send you codes to verify to re-log in and it won't log you in. Update...ok i finally was able to log back in, now I have points I earned and for some unknown reason I am trying to cash out points but are being declined for no good reason. Update...they have no customer service , however in a few days my reward was sent to me. I will proceed with caution ⚠️

It started off really good by getting surveys and finishing them to completion and getting points. Any more, it seems like they just want you to give all your personal i info, and then you get the boot right after, or you get 15 minutes in, then get kicked off. I'm trying to hang, but they're doing a bad job of vetting these people and matching!

App log in no longer works. Log in with same phone number used for months since creating sccount but keeps looping back to log in with same phone number over and over. Help email contact has been less than helpful. And for 2 weeks before this started the app would not let me log on because I was not in my designated "postal code" even though I'm taking surveys in the home I've been in for 20 years. Consider another survey app. This one is very buggy with zero customer service.
