Great service! I made an minor error filling the french driver's license application so they had me redo it from scratch (typical french). The e-photo code I had from Smartphone-id could not be reused 🙄. I contacted CS and they emailed me a new code, within a couple of hours, NO CHARGE! I'll add that the app is pretty easy to use. Highly recommend.

Pay attention, the charge starts in dollars then becomes euro when charged, causing a foreign currency fee with some payment methods. The first photo was rejected, they suggested I not smile and close my mouth, neither of which was an issue, no fee to reshoot, but once I did it errored out... but then showed processing. Now 50% and photo rejected, with no prompt to retake or that the new one was processing...just all around not turning out to be a simple process.

This app is completely useless. It demands the pictures in the wong order, telling you to take a selfie, instead of a picture of a passport, but the selfie camera is disabled for PP photos. Then every photo is wrong -- completely plain, white backgrounds are too "decorated", you're too close or too far (from the same distance), "your face is slightly in profile" (when it's not), and "this is only a preview after processing" (WTB does that even mean?!?) Garbage. Negative stars.

Thank you for your feedback. For some products, selfie mode cannot be enabled. The photo is then processed automatically with AI, which suggests improvements. Finally, after payment, a human review is carried out to validate the photo or offer you a free retake.
