good some minor issues with getting everyone to register on the app but other than that there have been several improvement to the app since it allows for convince through the app. i would say that the sign up needs to a bit more clear as each option looks like you are signing in and not signing up unless you use the google login option. meaning there is not much option to use a different email unless you finagle it a bit

The app doesn't work at all. I was able to get on for 5 minutes then it started crashing. Every time I login the app will immediately start crashing after a few seconds. We aren't able to get shuttle tickets. Why rely on and release an app when it doesn't work at all. 90% of the people in my travel group are not able to use the app. Reinstalled and uninstalled countless times. Relaxing vacation turns into stress because of the hotels reliance on an app that isn't ready to be released.

Terrible app. Can't make reservations. Took 3 days to get registered on the app whick still doesn't do you any good. The only thing useful on the app is the interactive maps & seeing the various restaurant menus (but it doesn't tell you the hours of the restaurant(s), which you will definitely need in The Marketplace since they all open at odd times...11am, noon, 3pm, etc.).
