I have been playing this game for over a year. Until 2 months ago, no issues. Now Facebook ads just keep loading. I am unable to collect on the bonuses bc you have to successfully watch the ad. I have reached out to support almost daily for over a month. They partially reimburse my losses. I provide recordings and screenshots. Ken, from support doesn't even bother to read my claims anymore, or help. He just sends automatic replies on what to do, despite my evidence showing that doesn't work.

It's fun...there's a few issues..there's an ad after every game and you get to a certain point where you're not playing without paying. Tried spending a bit to see if it would "loosen" up...nope, wins are few and far between, out of credits before you know it. Typical game these days. Understand they're trying to make money but if I spend some, let me play for awhile longer than the person who isn't. I might spend a little more again. Sorry, had to give up and delete app, got annoying.

This game is a good game but it glitches a lot, closing out of the game in mid play and I lose $$ on that game or you watch a video and it just shuts down during the video so you don't get the extra coins. It takes forever for numbers to come across the screen sometimes making you lose on that particular card. The offers or deals that are presented are not good deals. too much $$ for the prizes that are being offered.
