Bought an item that was tagged as "Open Item". Even though the item was clearly damaged, they did not list it as "Damaged". The pictures they posted were not of the particular item I purchased so as to hide the damage to make sure this item sold. Once you buy it, even though they knew it was damaged and hid the damage, you're stuck with it. They got a little bit of a scam going on here.

Ever since I updated the app yesterday the 5-minute remind button doesn't work anymore. Also, the transfer fee amount is no longer listed on the items and the only way I would have known the fee DOUBLED, was by reading another comment. If the amount changed from $5 to $10, why wouldn't you make this information obvious instead of removing it from the listings and hiding it in the FAQs? That feels very deceptive, and it's a quick way to lose loyal customers.

always had a fantastic experience only giving 4 stars instead of 5 being they recently raised the transfer cost to $10 when it was $5 before. I don't benefit from a monthly membership being I order here and there now, but I've been using them since 2022. the deals were better when nobody else knew about them. now they're popular and things go for almost retail .☹️
