Totally disfunctional and useless app. Unfortunately you HAVE TO use this app to sign up for classes. However, the app no longer allows you to sign up for classes. If you plan to join youfit to attend classes, don't bother! The app says "class not found" every time you try to reserve your spot. Sorry. 5/22/23 Suddenly I'm able to sign up for class but.. Why is it so difficult to select a new default home gym?? This app always defaults to your ORIGINAL location, even if they have NO classes. Bad.

Does not allow you to delete/remove your payment info from the app. So if you add a new credit card, it won't let you remove the old one, which seems like a security risk. I don't like that they are holding onto credit card information that they don't need. The QR code for entering the gym also never worked for me so I had to get a physical card.

New app HORRIBLE !!!! To search classes you have to pick 1 at a time instead of viewing all or finding a class near you. They used to have a reward point system that when YF migrated to the new app, all users LOST their points. They no longer have this system nor has there been discussion to reinstate it. You can no longer change your home club in the app. YouFit utilizes a trash 3rd party service for their app called Trainerize, which IMO has ruined much of the user friendly options. POOR!!!
