It sucks and will be returned. I wanted the app on my phone to also remind me to take my pills. It doesn't. I wanted one to stay connected to make pill taking easier. It doesn't. If I have to keep physically turning it on so that the alarm goes off, why have one with an alarm??!! Not worth the money and I'll post this review on Amazon.

I enjoy the physical product, but the app has some issues. I get notifications from the pill box, but not my phone. It says "notifications from this app are blocked" and is grayed out. I tried all troubleshooting options, and was ultimately told to contact the developers. It kinda sucks to buy a product and not be able to properly use half of it (the app).

Does not stay linked. The app is not intuitive at all and does not let you adjust almost anything other than alarm times (which do not work) and a list of meds that doesn't even include a space for dosages. It also doesn't allow push notifications to remind you to take your pills on your phone. All together no better than my classic plastic pill organizer except heavier and more frustrating.
