This is literally nothing but a way to read the magazine. You do not get digital access with Plus so don't bother downloading. Runner's World Plus must be accessed through the website only. Just save a shortcut to your desktop. Customer service will not tell you any of this, by the way.

Absolutely terrible. I bought the digital subscription online, which to my understanding is supposed to give access to content on the app. However, I have never been able to log in through the app. So, I contacted customer support. It literally took them nearly two months to reply and my issue is still not resolved. Very disappointing.

Horrible experience. Cannot log into subscription and publisher and app maker just point fingers at each other. Not even the help request button on the app works! When I was finally able to email the app customer service, they don't respond back! What a waste of time!
