Unable to download PDFs or medical records provided on the app. It's a "feature" they're planning on adding in the future. Even though the document is there, you need to call into your main office to ask for it (documents) to be sent via email or go to the office directly. The is NO online login option. It's only the app. However, you can make payments online if you have your statement number. Ridiculous. The actual D. Health workers are a dream. The app is my only complaint.

Horrible. Trying to schedule an appointment on the app is a struggle. The small window in the middle of the page is a hassle. Rather just call
