Love the styles. As with all online shopping you have to pay attention to the cuts and how they hang on the models, make sure you understand the materials used. The clothes are comfortable, generally fit well, and are mostly good quality. The app is easy to navigate and rewards are wonderful! The customer service has been good on the occasion I've needed to talk to anyone.

Great clothes, mediocre customer service. I've ordered numerous times, had 0 issues, loved every dress. This time got a wrong dress in my shipment, asked to exchange for the dress I ordered. I was clear, kind & understanding that mistakes happen. Got the run around for 3 days before I was finally told the dress is out of stock & won't be restocked. Own the issue & offer solutions. Don't give vague answers and ignore questions, that makes people more mad than the item being out of stock.

Nice Clothes...Clunky App... Horrible Shipping. I think this sums up my experience with BloomChic. I am an "event" shopper. I usually like to purchase a new outfit for special occasions. BloomChic's price point affords me this luxury. However, when it can take up to a month to get your items, it just isn't possible. 4/5 times I wind up finding something comparable on Amazon and can get it in 2-3 days, which allows for me to try it on and exchange if necessary. Not the case here.
