Customer service is nonexistent when it comes to your actual account. I had no issues with the actual app, but I had no use for it anymore due to my job change. So plan for an extremely inconvenient and painful process to delete/deactivate your account. It's not available from your profile, then Google might deem it a sketch site, then when you email support with your grievance, you get sent to a URL to create a new login for your "request". So red flag after all that.

YOU NEED TO FIX THIS. I've seen many bad reviews on similar issues. I requested to withdraw money from my account, the platform bugged and the 30-min countdown doesn't appear, and it's been searching for a cashier since yesterday. The money was deducted from my balance, and I need that money URGENTLY. The worst part is that customer service isn't responding, who can I contact? Ticket #3070059 UPDATE: They returned my money, but was a headache. I'll give them 3 stars to be fair.

I'm a cashier and really disappointed on how you handle some of our tickets, i have been receiving emails that i can increase my withdraw limit. But whenever i tried to submit a ticket regarding that i got no reply. It has been more than a month now and I have already submitted a lot of tickets!.
