Went to transfer my funds to find all zeros. When I talked with the lady on the apps chat, she informed me of a timekeeping error on their side. When asked if DailyPay would be covering the late fees this would incur from now unpaid bills. I was told yes and to contact s supervisor over the phone. I did. He gave me a completely different answer saying the error was due to a double report. When I asked about DailyPay covering my late fees. He said no... I wouldn't use this app if I didn't have to

So far it was great. No I'm concerned that I'm not getting all of my money. Called today and the customer service rep said they're working on updates to the software / app... I'm missing close to $40. That's from two shifts. That will add up fast if this keeps going.. and I hope it doesn't so I don't have to make other calls to get this sorted out. Loved it until this. Been using the app for well over 6 months with little to no issue that wasn't resolved fast. But this is different..

Terrible this app has been letting me down for years now, every time I attempt to try it. I made an account and put in my phone number for work, my employee ID, and my work email, literally nothing works. The worst part about this entire app, is even the customer service is terrible, I've called 4 times now to fix this issue, they claim "I don't have an account" even after I've made two accounts and logged in, after notifying them that, their response is "I don't know" or they hang up.
