My order arrived. I'm satisfied with the products. I went and set a new order, which went through but once again, there's no confirmation email. And for some reason I now am not able to log into the app. Please help.

The app is great, its a nice little app. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because the customer service is horrendous. Ive sent emails and DMs on social media receiving no reply back. Been going on a whole week now and still no reply.

You will truly enjoy Snarky Tea, just give them a try and you will be hooked. So so good and lots of flavors. Cotton Candy so good. Clementine Spice so good. Watermelon so good. I've tried many flavors and all are good. ❤️❤️
