It was a good app in the beginning and I even recommended it to my friends. However, after making some payments, the service started rejecting further transactions, asking for beneficiary ID documents. This is very disappointing as it affects trust and convenience. I hope the team resolves this issue quickly and provides a smoother process for genuine users.

worst application. Transactions are never successful. They say within 3 hours the amount will get credited to the beneficiary but after 3 days I see the transaction failed. very poor customer service. even after multiple follow ups via email and chat, finally I got a call from customer service and they don't know anything about the transaction and banking. without knowledge they are just trying to tell some stories to convince customers. They say some critical issue that's it. nothing more than

Please don't ever use this app to transfer the amount. I transferred 2.3 lakhs indian rupees. In the app it's showing that the transaction is completed but the amount is not yet credited in my account. I have been sending emails from yesterday but they are keep on telling, from their side it's done already. Now I am getting reply from them, I couldn't find any recent records on your account. Please don't use this app ever. Seems like a scam.
