Fabulous app to stretch, get your cardio up and strengthen muscles in a gentle way. I'm 70 and moderately active and this is perfect. You can chart your progress and swap any exercises. I was having some difficulty with the app and the customer service was fast to respond, professional and very caring.

I just want to stay fit, and that's not easy at 75 because there are a lot of things I can't do anymore. These workouts here are really very good. Just on a chair. Small movements that feel good. Very good!

Great app. I'm at home and need exercises that I can do everyday. These are very gentle and great for my knees. After 3 days I feel much fitter. I'll keep going.
