It was ok. At first it was good, pickup went well and getting into the car was easy. A little while into the drive the car started to malfunction and kept pulling over. We called ride support and got put on the phone with two people at the same time. We finally got someone to help us, but were in a bit of a rush and so we just got out, though eventually they did get it working. Overall I would say do this more for the cool experience, but know that it is technology and sometimes it won't work.

App and vehicle interaction are seamless, and the ride is impressively smooth. hard to believe how mature of an experience this is these days. Took a slightly unusual route to the airport, but I'm pretty sure that was to minimize traffic interaction. It didn't really add any time, so it's all the same to be. Avoiding freeways did probably add 10 minutes, but that's a price I'm happy to pay. Cost was about the same as an Uber.

Would've been 5 stars if they listened to feedback. The service used to be phenomenal listening to music with YouTube music or any app cast to waymo, Spotify is the only option now ew, the iHeartRadio stations no longer work aside from the pre added stations, a real bummer paying more to have music I don't like, think I'll go back with Uber and Lyft and save my money. When I contacted support they did not resolve this and felt more frustrated after speaking with them.
