Most annoying issue so far. Email received with transaction receipt wants to open in app. okay, I get to the image of the receipt which is normally printed on 8-1/2 x 11 paper. I'm trying to read it on my phone screen but it's too small. Try to rotate my screen to make it a bit larger... not allowed! Try to pinch out to zoom in... also not allowed! Tried to download... not possible! This app must have been a Monday morning creation because someone was still asleep on this function.

Terrible experience from start to finish. My pickup was rescheduled multiple times when I showed up to pickup, and I had to contact customer service three times, plus chat several times more, which barely worked due to constant freezing and bug in the app. After drop-off, I was wrongly charged for fuel and had to contact support again. The app is buggy, the process was frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend U-Haul even to my worst enemy. 0 stars.

This app is horrible. Won't let me put my correct address, doesn't let me properly reserve a truck. And when it does, it soon brings me back to the first page to redo everything over again, then again and again. If I can manage to get past that, it doesn't let me do the self mobile checkout. Absolutley useless. You're better of using the mobile browser.
