In-app, you can subscribe to our premium version of the StrengthLog App, in the form of automatically renewable subscriptions.

* Your subscription will be charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase and will be renewed automatically if the subscription is not canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
* An active subscription cannot be canceled before the active subscription period has ended. However, you can turn auto-renew on/off in your Google Play account settings.

love this app. been using it for years now. can add exercises and such. I highly recommend. this update the other day has seemed to have some issues? I can't open the app, it won't load. I've reset my phone and uninstalled and it still won't open. please fix ASAP. Updated 8/31/25, a day or two after my review the app was working. thanks for the prompt fix

Great app! It does almost everything you need to track your weightlifting. Most features are free. The only "ads" you see are the occasional offers to try the premium version. Only advanced users probably need to pay for that. It can be a little overwhelming at first due to all the features, but it only takes a small amount of time to learn them. They also have a great podcast that provides helpful advice on training.

I've tried a number of apps similar, but always come back to strengthlog. I particularly like the monthly challenges. They feel both challenging and still accessible. I think the layout and interface is more intuitive than other apps. I've only used the free version so far, but now that I'm further along on my growth, I'm considering the paid version for the extra features.

What's new

This might be a small update, but it packs a punch.

• We now have three options for exercises with time as a variable: manually enter the time, use the stopwatch, or use the new countdown timer.
• The “most used exercises” list got an improved algorithm.
• You can now long-press muscle names in the Muscles Worked feature to show them on the muscle map.
• Also added muscle maps to the new compare programs feature.
• We hunted down bugs in the new Android widgets.
