I've had a Shaw's account for 5+ years and all of a sudden, when I try to log in, it says, "sorry we're having technical difficulties". and when I try to make a new account, "you don't have permission to request this action". I'm getting the same exact error messages on mobile and on browser, on multiple devices. it's been MONTHS since I could log in!! so I guess I'll finally delete the app since nobody wants to fix the issue or help me out. Hannaford Rewards works just fine ☺️

I don't understand why platforms like this allow for multiple orders to be picked up by the same driver. I watch my perishable items make a journey around the town before it comes to me making frozen items thawed out and cold items hot. The store I make purchases through is literally 15 minutes down the street, and I don't get my delivery for close to an hour some times more after it shows"out for delivery"

yesterday had another update & today it only took 2 hours to place my delivery order on the app. I've reinstalled & rebooted too many times to count. FreshPass offers aren't deducted even though I clicked on it this morning. can't add delivery instructions because it keeps deleting them so the drivers have trouble finding the correct entrance to my building. I've been using computers since 1980s, so I'm not stupid & my WiFi is working!
