Horrible app and experience. The app took the money then froze, no email sent and no sms. When I go to my bookings in my profile it freezes. Also, no one answers their support line! What shall I do?!

one of the worst booking app ever made it for this cinema, when you wanna book a movie you will facing many problems to do it and at the end you can't, you have do book it from the main cinema counter

app. freezes after booking and deducting money from my account , i get no sms , no email , no booking reference and money is gone !!
