like everyone else that has an android, I cannot access my ticket through the NFL app. it says the page isn't available when trying to login to Ticketmaster via the app. How this is still going on with no resolution is shameful. Update - I tried Chrome and Firefox and both didn't work. Then I made the Samsung browser my default browser and the NFL app worked and got my tickets. It is still, by far, a horrible app and completely unnecessary to get access to a ticket.

I would leave a zero star review if possible. The tickets are digital and the app isn't working, with only a few days to go until the game in insane. I have tried to contact customer services but have heard nothing back. We are having to travel from another country, have paid for plane tickets and hotel. It is incredible that the app is being 'updated' during the season. It says that it is using Ticketmaster platform but I already have Ticketmaster app so why can't the tickets be available there

Get forced to use this junk app to access game day tickets. Yet the app doesn't work, won't log you in and ultimately cannot access my tickets with only 4 days left. Good luck finding some support details too. There's a junk form to fill in, no idea on turnaround time, no "request received" comfort email after submitting. Whomever shipped this product as working needs holding accountable. EDIT: Workaround: Disable Chrome as your browser. Install Firefox and make it your default, try again
