This app is horrible, and the only way to earn my company's wellness rewards. It takes 5 minutes to load every "page", good luck if you hit a button you didn't mean to. "Optional" fields in challenges aren't actually optional. The journeys have seemingly tripled in length since last year, since each step takes multiple days of logging to complete.

I like the wellness program, but the app is one of the worst I've seen. Each page takes up to 30 seconds to load. Once it loads, there's usually no way back to the home screen without going 'back' through each page you went through. This is really annoying when you're doing a journey with 5 pages of steps, and when you're done, you have to go through it all again to get to the next journey. When you click any selection, the page randomly scrolls up or down. They need 1 good software engineer.

I had the app set up to log me in with biometrics. This got turned off somehow, and it prompted me to log in with a username filled in. No problem, I entereded my password, and nothing. Recovered password, no good. After multiple tries, I finally got the app to recognize who I was under forgotten username, only to find that the username the app populated when it stopped my biometric access isn't even the right username! It is a username I use for another Alight app though. This app is very poor.
