I paid for the Plus subscription thinking that I would be able to access more on the app, but it does nothing. In order to access any of the online information, you still have to go to the website. I've tried emailing about my issues twice now. Both times, they just email back and say to check the FAQ page. I like Runner's World, but this app gets a big 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

This is literally nothing but a way to read the magazine. You do not get digital access with Plus so don't bother downloading. Runner's World Plus must be accessed through the website only. Just save a shortcut to your desktop. Customer service will not tell you any of this, by the way.

Absolutely terrible. I bought the digital subscription online, which to my understanding is supposed to give access to content on the app. However, I have never been able to log in through the app. So, I contacted customer support. It literally took them nearly two months to reply and my issue is still not resolved. Very disappointing.
