I have never been more frustrated with an app, nor has an app ever brought me so close to tears. I only joined this network less than a month ago, I'm updating everything to my new Lebara number and when I try and use the app and log in, all I get is "network request failed". Then when it does work I get "incorrect password". Reset password "network request failed". Reset my password and try and log in "incorrect password". Makes me regret leaving giffgaff.

- App keeps stopping and reloading - Can't get the chat to work - click the button and nothing happens. - I keep getting a pop up asking me to add a nickname to each of my numbers, when I do I just get a message saying "Oops. An error occurred, please retry". - I tried to delink an old number and get an error message "too many attempts, try later" I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app - makes no difference. I don't have issues with any other apps so don't think the problem is with my phone.

Got told if I download the lebera app then I'd be awarded double data!! Struggled to get the app from the play store then it was installed n wasn't actually on my phone had to do it over and over again with no luck. Finally did get the Application but didn't receive no extra data as promised....
