it works fine and it is super convenient to have your insurance cards on your phone. I find it frustrating that the totals shown in the app are not the actual totals. I have a family plan and the app shows we still have a deductible owning, but that we've met the Out-of-pocket max for the year. (It's been a rough year.) But when I called, they told me I still had $200 to meet the out-of-pocket max. I don't get it.

Consistently unable to check my flex balance through the app. The page fails to load. Consistently unable to log in with biometrics. Although I have a new phone, less than 1-year-old, The display on my phone isn't optimized for Android when I log into the app. This app = absolutely useless!

HORRIBLE!! I've been trying to get this app for 4 days!! Which means I am unable to get my insurance card to fill my scripts. Not to mention, my insurance changed without my knowledge. They don't mind taking my money, but they make it impossible to use this app.
